MATTR is a global leader in digital trust, providing standards-based digital infrastructure that empowers businesses and governments to fortify trust. MATTR’s product capabilities support customers in establishing and maintaining trust anywhere, creating new ways to achieve confidence and convenience in moments that matter to people.

I joined MATTR during its early startup stage. Established the conceptual storytelling of digital identity and digital trust – still in use today. Developed the product branding, digital design system, masterbrand extension, marketing and developer websites, supporting pitch materials, and anything in between through to MATTR’s startup growth stage.

Post-startup, I led the product design function and grew the design team of one (me) to team of seven. Developed cross-functional workflows with engineering, product, and marcomm teams, while shaping the design process. Additionally, I guided engineering best practices for customer implementation and am a strong advocate and knowledge for accessibility.
